Same data for two different hosts

Hello,

I setup Cacti earlier this week and configured two Linux hosts. However the graphs for the two different hosts are showing the same data. The info for server 10.10.1.11 is correct, but the graphs for 10.10.1.12 is a duplicate to 10.10.1.11. I can do snmpwalks for each host and they return the correct info for the respective server. Also when I click on the "Devices" link and each host, the header information at the top shows the correct hostname, kernel, and uptime. I am also charting my Windows workstation and those graphs are correct.

I have searched the forums for a couple of days but no avail. Thank you in advance.
