snmp error

Hi All,

I'm very new cacti user and I installed cacti on Windows Server2003. When I check my localhost, I found "snmp error" under hostname. I tried "snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 127.0.0.1 system" system reply
"Cannot find module <NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB> : At line 1 in <non>
Cannot find module <NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB> : At line 1 in <non>
Cannot find module <DISMAN-EVENT-MIB> : At line 1 in <non>
Timeout: No Response from 127.0.0.1"
So, I still can't see the graph.

When I tried to turn on "Graph debug mode"
"RRDTools
Error: opening 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/rra/2/8.rrd': No such file or directory." Please help!

2) as snmpwalk doesn't work either, it appears snmp isnt installed, properly configured, or a firewall is blocking the traffic. you need to figure out which is the problem.
