Create Graph through oid

Hi, I'm newbie, please help me out, i have equipment to monitor temperature.
when i run snmpwalk with OID i received output temperature in 4 digits.

Now i want to create graph in cacti.

Please help me out what should I do to create graph with OID.
can anyone please give me the exact step by step explanation.

I try for last 1 week to sort it out by create new Data Source but no luck.
