NPC Blank Page

I have done this twice...

Running ubuntu 10.04 cacti Version 0.8.7e + PIA

Try to load up npc page and its blank.

This is what i have install on php...

json

json support enabled
json version 1.2.1

PDO

PDO support enabled
PDO drivers mysql, sqlite, sqlite2

pdo_mysql

PDO Driver for MySQL enabled
Client API version 5.1.41

pdo_sqlite

PDO Driver for SQLite 3.x enabled
SQLite Library 3.6.22

So i have no idea where ot look to find out whats going on. Please point in right direction ... Thank you
