NPC: Problem with comments & acknowledgments

I recently installed the Nagios plugin for cacti, and have run into an issue when using both the "Acknowledge Problem" feature and the "Comments" feature. With both the problem is the same. The user clicks Acknowledge Problem or Comments and dialogue box pops-up prompting for the acknowledgment or comment. They are able to enter text into the box but get nothing when they hit submit.... no error... nothing. I suspect this might be a permissions issue somewhere but thus far I have been unable to track it down.

Nevermind.... problem found w/ bad path to nagios.cmd in cacti settings.
