Integrating Nagios and Cacti together

Hi,

First of all, sorry if just in case I posted this topic on this category. I have no idea if this is the right place to place this topic. Anyway, moving forward to my concern. I'm just new to Cacti and from what I understand it can only show graphs of the equipment being monitored and after a few readings I found out that there is Nagios which can do the alerting job when something goes wrong with the equipment. Now, I was wondering if it is possible to integrate these two application (integrate Nagios with Cacti)? If yes, I hope someone can share here how to integrate these two.
