[solved] RRD is too small

I have a number of rrds that I need to change the maximum value. From the research I've done, it looks like I need to use the rrdtool to increase that value but when I run any rrdtool commmand (info, tune, etc) against the rrd files I get and error back:

ERROR: 'filename.rrd' is too small (should be xxxx bytes)

Any suggestions for fixing this? Or an alternate way to update the rrds maximum value?

rrdtool info output please.

what rrdtool version? os? 32 or 64bit?

I'd suggest sticking with rrdtool 1.2.x

rrdtool v 1.3.8

Windows Server 2003 64-bit
