Graph Trees duplication?

Post by seanfyfe »

I've searched online and many forums trying to find why this happens, and since i haven't found anything i can only assume it is a 'feature'..

i created a Graph Tree called SWITCHES
i moved devices into that tree
they show up properly under the GRAPHS tab
i created a Graph Tree called WEST (for the west server room)
i assigned switch1 from SWITCHES to WEST

now when i click on the GRAPHS tab, i get switch1 showing up in both the SWTICHES tree and under WEST, it's duplicated. i want it only to show up under WEST and not both trees.

default tree
switches
|-WEST

ALSO: when i go under Graph Trees, and click the 'X' to delete a tree, the next screen has 'delete' or 'cancel' but neither button does anything (edit: i've tried in firefox and IE)

i am running Ubuntu 10.4 svr

The "duplicate" thingy is indeed a feature, not a bug. You may place hosts/graphs as often into any tree as you like.
Clicking "delete" should work fine, at least it does for me.
Please see cacti.log for any possible SQL errors
