Data sources ordering

In Settings -> Paths we can activate the "Structured RRA Path".
Is it possible to customise the way the RRD files are created ?

For example :

One RRD file per datasource
How the path tree is built (hostname/service or host_id/service_id)

These options could be given to create_graphs.php too.

What does service refer to in the scope of Cacti?

A service refers to an instanciated graph / graph template.
