Not Resolved: php warnings on date() and strtotime()

Hi,

I am using RHEL5.3 Installed the following Pre-Requisites for CACTI.

rrdtool-1.3.8-1
MySql 5
Apache HTTPD 2.2.14
PHP 5.3.0

cacti-0.8.7f

While entering into website it is showing the following error.
