Realtime grpah

Hi All,

I am not getting real time grpah
every time i open it, got below message-

The Image Cache Directory is not writable. Please set permissions and then attempt to open another realtime graph

realtime grpah are coming for my other server.
and both server have same permisson to images directory
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 images

Goto Console->settings and view the directory name there. You are thinking of wrong directory.

thank you for correcting me.

I have checked permissions for
drwxr-xr-x /var/www/html/plugins/realtime/cache/

it is same as other server(whose realtime grpahs are coming)

Likely owner is wrong. Simple Linux permissions.

If you are using Ubuntu (for example)

chown -R www-data /usr/share/cacti/site/rra

Try to open that directory for the meantime... use chmod 777.
