So i've racked my brain trying to figure this one out. All my other plugins work and i've gone through the setup and config files multiple times now. Here is what is happening. I can get the PA to report the weathermap plugin in plugin management, but i do not see the tab or the realm permissions under any user including admin.
I checked that i have the Pa.sql files imported, i've check permissions and even tried forcing all permisssions under /plugins/weathermap to the cactiuser and 755. the global.php file is correct. I'm kinda running out of ideas now. Is there anything i could be missing? i'm wondering if its a compat issue with 2.6 and weathermap v0.97a. anyone run into the issue where the tab and realm permissions do not show up? should i overwrite the pa.sql tables again? I have thold, nectar, filecleaner, and settings plugins running perfectly
UPDATE::: ok why do any plugins defined with old plugin architecture not show running? am i missing an enabler?

I'm an Idiot. I will admit it.
this was my global.php file
//$plugins[] = 'settings';
//$plugins[] = 'thold';
//$plugins[] = 'nectar';
//$plugins[] = 'rrdclean';
//$plugins[] = 'quicktree';
//$plugins[] = 'weathermap';
//$plugins[] = 'notices';
//$plugins[] = 'mobile';
I needed to stop using comment field. I just had a brain fart i guess.
