Not able to view plugins after installing them

Post by Quickybilly »

Helo,

I have installed PIA 2.6 and several plugins afterwards, but I'm not able to see any new tabs.

I have Plugin management enabled under Realm Permissions, and I have copied the plugins to their respective folders. I have declared the plugins on global.php file and also on config.php file.

I cannot see any tab, nor any plugin under Plugin Management.

Could anybody help? I have checked 3 times that I followed the instructions correctly.

Cacti is version 0.8.7e and is installed under Windows 2003.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

click on "User Management", then select your user (e.g. "admin"), then click every checkbox in "realm permission".

Kind regards,

Hi Hyperlord,

I've already done that.

But thanks anyway ;)

I've got that selected, I can see the Plugin Management under settings on the left pane, but even accessing there I cannot see any plugin displayed.

Thanks.

Here is the code of global.php and the plugins folder within my cacti instalation.

Thanks for your help.

EDIT: One question, could it be due to applying latest patches prior to installing PIA?
