Do you have permission to View Weathermaps (in User Management)?
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

It's most likely an SELinux problem after applying patches &/or the PIA. If so, you need to run the following command:
# chcon -R --reference=/var/www/html /var/www/html/cacti

(substitute /var/www/html with your web directory root, and /var/www/html/cacti with your path to cacti).

Did you add weathermap to global.php?
Does it show up in the Plugin Management screen?

In fact, most important: have you installed the plugin architecture? I don't see the Manage Plugins right in your screenshot either.

I hope not. 0.95a has bugs and 0.97b doesn't exist.

Did you import pa.sql? I think I ran into a similar issue last week and it was caused by me not importing pa.sql into mysql. The monitor plugin seemed to be unaffected by this but weathermap just didn't show up under users.
I also had to login as admin and enable weathermap for my user.
