Disable PHP SNMP module.

Can anybody explain to me how to disable the php snmp module? I'm trying to get snmp v3 to work on my windows box, but I need to disable the snmp module of PHP in order to force it to use net-snmp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

disable in c:\php\php.ini

restart the web service.
