Cacti graph blank on high in/out traffic

I have cacti graph running well when output traffic is high, however when I backing up my servers everyday, it get input traffic also high.

but i get a blank page like attached files.

How can I fix that issue?

You are complaining about he gap?
Does it occur on all graphs at the same time?

the gap is only happend with the server that i post. Because the other servers traffic is just arround 100Mbps, there's no problem with other server.

the only problem is with the server that i posted.

For that host: is this graph the only one dropping out?

yes this's the only graphic who has gap.

because this server is the biggest traffic i have. for the other servers which has 200Mbps there's no problem at all

I'm wondering whether this happens on a minimum and not on a max. Did you set an rrd file minimum?

yes rrd file minimum is 0. is that caused this?

No. 0 means "no limit" in Cacti speech. I'm out of ideas
