Have you done all steps described in the post-install?
You have to setup a scheduled task executing the polling process.

Dear And..

I attached you the apache server err log, you can take a look on. and i used the MSI package in installation which created a scheduled task automatically during the installation and I double checked that. it set to poll every 5min. I think from the err log that I have a problem in the RRD

Thank you guys

The RRD files are not existing.
It takes one poller run to create new RRD files, after that they will be updated with every cycle. I still have the feeling that you missed defining a scheduled task to run the poller automatically. Do you see the poller statistic in the Cacti log?

atheeralattar: As already mentioned...
1) please follow the post-install instructions
2) attach the cacti-installer.log file generated
3) follow http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747

Cacti Under Windows Xp [SOLVED]

Post by atheeralattar »

Dear BSOD2600

the problem solved and sure by following your steps, also i turned the file system into FAT to get rid of the permissions bugs, and run the schedule task manually for one time only, after that everything just went smoothly...

Glad you solved it... but changing the filesystem to FAT is a really bad security move.
