thold traffic

Good afternoon. Help, please understand. I installed the plug-thold, I want to help him monitor traffic on the ports. The problem is that Cacti read and resuet graphics in bits / sec, and thold column displays the current data I gathered in bits and data periodically in this column are reset. How do I thold, what would it matter to translate data in bit / sec.
