Cacti displaying graph text as blocks

I had installed cacti Version 0.8.7e one machine I'm seeing graph correctly , in another server I'm seeing block on the graph instead of text.

Cacti 0.8.7e
rrdtool 1.3.8
MySQL 5.0
PHP 5

Has anybody seen this before?

version the on the server:

Cacti Version 0.8.7e
Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.3.0.1
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.3.x

Try using rrdtool 1.2.x -- dont forget to change cacti's rrdtool version setting tool.
