Aggregate - Graphing only the totals

Possibly a dumb question, but I'll ask away anyway.

I have a series of graphs, probably 200+ when I'm done, that I've been keeping for online ports vs total ports on a switch. The aggregate plugin looks perfect at first glance for taking all these graphs, and just graphing the total online ports vs the total building ports on a chart.

I understand from other posts that it's not (easily) possible to stop aggregate from displaying all the graph titles in the legend, I can live with that, but as you can see from the attachment, it seems to be attempting to graph everything instead of just the bottom two (online ports, total building ports) is it possible to just graph those? I've spent some time reading the .pdf instructions but can't figure it out so far.

While this is on my feature list, I advise to look at http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=30182 which may be the better solution for you
