How do you send SNMP traps to a remote server?

Thold Gurus,

I'm new to Cacti and Thold, so please excuse me if this question has been answered before.

Cacti and Thold appear to be working fine, however I can only send alerts via email when a threshold is breached.

How do I send SNMP traps or syslog messages when a Thold threshold is breached to a remote server, in this case an Omnibus server?

Setup:
Cacti 0.8.7e
PA 2.5
Settings 0.5
Thold 0.4.1

Click On Console Tab
Click On Settings
Click the Alerting/Thold Tab
Check the sylogging box
Syslog messages will be store on your local cacti machine
Then configure your local sylog to forwar this to your remote syslog
ex. local6.debug @Omnibus
