Windows Process Uptime

I am attempting to monitor process uptimes on a Win Server 08, I have the server reporting to cacti but I cant find a script to monitor service uptime. Any suggestions?
*Basically we have some double and runaway processes occuring on this server so i can get thold to send alerts after the process has been running for a couple hours.
