Goto Graph Management and do the same. Make sure your poller is actually running, make sure your RRDtool version dropdown is correct under Console->Settings->General.

So, when you set logging to MEDIUM, goto the command line and run "php -q poller.php --force" what happens?

Sorry, please read the documentation. It's pretty comprehensive. The primary developers, although we have compassion for the fact that you don't know what you are doing, can not drop everything to provide you custom training.

Learning Cacti and being technical to the core, is a right of passage, you can't watch youTube and figure it out, you have to do it.

Fortunately, we have dedicated developers who have written lot's of documentation. Unfortunately, with windows, it's actually more complicated than other OS'.

BSOD's installer should help you get it running, but not help your lack of understanding.

Remember RIF (Reading is Fundamental).
