Hi
I have some troubles with my current Cacti machine. It's based on Centos 5 VPS and is running since 1-2 years. Lately, I have some issues like Cacti doesn't print any info (graph) at some interval. Cacti Poller is set by crontab at 1 minute. I did two things before write this post some days ago:
1. Increase max_memory of php.ini to a high value (I have more than 50 hosts created, all are VPS)
2. Update core cacti files trough yum update cacti to last version in repository: 0.8.7.e
I thought the issue was fixed I was wrong. During some interval of time, Cacti doesn't show any info (blank) in graphs. The rest of time works good.
I have already noticed that there are some Warnings or errors in Cacti Log like:
- 02/27/2010 12:09:04 PM - POLLER: Poller[0] WARNING: Poller[0] Host[66] SNMP Time was not numeric
or
- 02/27/2010 12:09:16 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[66] DS[116] WARNING: Result from SNMP not valid. Partial Result: U
Really don't know if there are true issues.
Anybody has some idea to fix this behavior in this CACTI?
Thanks.

Hi
Hi after a quick read about your link I tested cmd.php manually and the result is this:
-bash-3.2# php -q cmd.php 66 66
03/01/2010 07:03:59 PM - POLLER: Poller[0] WARNING: Poller[0] Host[66] SNMP Time was not numeric
Can be this a sign of a bad behavior or CACTI?
I found something more wrong, a two crons of poller.php, one in cacti.d and another in crontab. I have removed one of them but blanks graphs are still in cacti.
Thanks
