Problem when using Template - Processor usage is invalid.

Has anyone had a problem where you define a simple threshold for CPU utilization and it appears that the processor is pegged at 100% when in fact they are not.

Let say I've defined a threshold template to alarm at 90% when a CPU reaches this value.

If I select a device and say apply template to it, the device is recognized in Thold, it gets added to the Thold Management page and eventually the processor will show 100%. If I uncheck Allow Template Propagation and apply the same parameters, processor utilization shows as expected.

Is there any way to debug this and what should I be looking at.

I'm running the latest release of Cacit and Thold 0.4.1.

but have other problem whit thold
a while ago , few months earlier
so reading the forum i update thold file by file
