Combining Data Query and Data Input?

Hello,

I've recently began working with cacti and I really like how it works.

I want to accomplish something that cacti might not support but I want to be sure. After lots of trying and searching the forums I haven't found a solution.

Is it possible to have have the results from a Data Query be the input values for a Data Input, thus combining the two?

For example, I have a Data Query (script) which queries a server and responds with a list of IP addresses and ports. I have a Data Input (script) which uses an IP and port to get a population count from a game server which runs on this IP and port.

No. The paret you want to assign to the data input method has to be part of the data query itself. This should be the "GET" query.
