Devices status unknown

Hello,
Excuse me for my english.

Recently, I add a new switch to my CactiEZ.

This device have "Unknow" status.

However, I have no problem with snmp information and interface statistic ==> success.

When I create a Graph I have this message
RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/var/www/html/rra/test_traffic_in_393.rrd': No such file or directory

OK I have problem with my server clock.
CactiEZ is in CentOS 4 and it's not possible to have the hyper-v conponent.
