I have a PHP script that calls a VBS that pulls stats from our MDaemon mail server. Running Cacti on Ubuntu, is there a way to call that script?
Look in the script forum, people have come up with some ways. nsclient is a popular solution. otherwise, going to have to specify/invoke the process to impersonate a windows domain account with user+pass.
| Scripts: Monitor processes | RFC1213 MIB | DOCSIS Stats | Dell PowerEdge | Speedfan | APC UPS | DOCSIS CMTS | 3ware | Motorola Canopy |
| Guides: Windows Install | [HOWTO] Debug Windows NTFS permission problems |
| Tools: Windows All-in-one Installer |
Thanks, nsclient works great. Modified the scripts from here: http://forums.cacti.net/about7021.html then made data input methods, data templates, graph templates, and a host template for monitoring our MDaemon server.
