No graphs displayed

I am finding no graphs when I go to check them. I only see icons as jpg which are not coming up.
Any reason? I also made all files as owner cactiuser. But all other functions in the admin menu works fine, except for graphs. I checked that it has the Norwegian ISO files as well.

Is there something else I am missing?

Please compare the configured rrdtool utility version (Settings) to the one that is installed

The selected version is RRDtool 1.0.x and that is used.

I am still new to Cacti, I see a Swedish Sig. How do I change it to a Danish Sig?

Any reason why no file is placed here and also my log files are not having any info as well. Lastly how would I be able to correct this problem?

I also updated the rrdtools to 1.3.9. I don't see the
The path to the rrdtool default true type font for version 1.2 and above.

I don't see any true type fonts here... where would they be? I wonder why this is so difficult to get this working.
