spine can not be used,help!

I installed a cacti, installed the spine plug-in, but after testing it was discovered that can not be used.
New monitoring host after the management-> device-> status display down loaded position, but I have no problem with cmd.php.

Which versions of cacti + spine are you using? Did you compile spine on your own?
