NPC: CSS problem, not showing content on dashboard nor tabs

hello,

I have a problem on my npc installation:

after I get npc working, the dashboard doesn't show the boxes anymore. right after npc was installed and before ndo2db were, the dashboard looked like the quick start guide explains:

now, I've loaded my nagios data into the mysql tables and the result is shown in the 2 screenshots attached.

I've looked into the CSS code and adding z-index's allows to see some parts that seems hidden by the dashboard DIV... however, it's a bit strange to me, see this layer hiding the NPC content...

what I'm doing wrong? how can I change this behaviour?
