That error suggests that you have not assigned the correct permissions to the RRA folder.

Hi Cahonis,

correct permission? Is that NTFS permission or No? I have set it to read and modify but still encounter same problem. If not, any other solution? Also, I noticed that there are two "GRAPH.PHP" under C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\, one with S (graphs) and graph. The graph.php is from the patch file...

yes, NTFS permissions.

Did you set them for the IIS accounts and for the account you run poller under?

BSOD2600 has a number of useful links in his sig, including:

[HOW TO] Debug Windows NTFS permission problems
Installing under Windows

Have a read through those and any information you need will more than likely be in there.

I remember the first time I installed cacti and had these kind of issues I was sure I'd set it up correctly but after going through the whole process a few times you realise it's quite easy to miss something.

Anyway, I will try my debug NTFS tomorrow when I get in office... Thanks Sir Cahones...
