Can't Graph Juniper ERX-1400 Edge
Hello .....
I face a problem in monitoring Juniper ERX-1400 Edge Routing Switch
the problem is that the interfaces are not shown !!
The below is verbose query of the snmp interfaces.
Please note that when i make snmpwalk command on the server it ghather the interfaces info.
+ Running data query [1].
+ Found type = '3' [snmp query].
+ Found data query XML file at 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing SNMP walk for list of indexes @ '.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1'
+ No SNMP data returned
+ Found data query XML file at 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
My Cacti version is 0.8.7e
please if you have any ideas provide me with fully details.

Assure yourself that you have an SNMP access to your device first (ACL, firewall etc.)!
After that, if you are using your Juniper Edge router as a BRAS you should try to reduce the number of monitored interfaces like that:
For example:
snmp-server interfaces compress Ip
snmp-server interfaces compress Ppp
snmp-server interfaces compress PppoeSub
and try again to query the interfaces.
