I am getting the following event log error and would like to make it go away. The poller is working in all regards as it should be for quite awhile just looking for a way to clear this event log error properly.

The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use. <013><010><013><010><013><010>This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.
I found a alternate fix here just in case anyone else comes across the same type of error in the future. I have my cacti Poller account running as a seperate account so I do not see the Black Polling boxes, it is scheduled task that runs every 5 mins. After running the scheduled Task it does not always exit cleanly.. this utility from Microsoft fixes that.
