CSV Export not retaining the same step as the RRD

Hi,
I am very new to cacti & after searching through the forums for a solution I am totally stuck. I did not setup the reporting solution that we are using & I am learning as I go.
I have a problem with the CSV export. The poller runs every minute and the data is stored in the RRD with a one minute average for hourly, daily, weekly & monthly.
The CSV is exported from the hourly, daily & weekly graphs with the correct one minute average but the CSV is exported from the monthly graph with a five minute average despite being stored in the RRD in the same way as the hourly, daily & weekly data.

We are running the following versions of software:

Apache 2.2.6
PHP 5.2.5
Perl 5.8.8
MySQL 5.0.51
Net-SNMP 5.1.4
RRD-Tool 1.2.19
Spine 0.8.7b
Cacti 0.8.7a

The RRA configuration is as follows:

My problem looks like a very simple one & I hope that is the case.

There have been a LOT of updates to cacti by now -- the current version is 0.8.7e + patches. I'd suggest you upgrade first and then see if your problem still occurs.
