Plugin Management displaying several of same plugin

I tried to add the aggregate plugin to cacti but when I go to plugin management and clicked install it failed to install and created a duplicate record of aggregate in the plugin management.

i am unable to remove the record from the plugin management screen even tho I have removed the record form the Global.php file and deleted the files from the pluggins folder.

any ideas how to remove the pluggin from plugin management?
