I am new to Cacti....just trying to get the first install up and running. The paths all are right and I'm using backslashes. The task is running as it should. Nothing gets created in the rra folder, even when I run it manually when logged in with a separate admin account. Tried using process monitor and see no access denied messages.

RRDTool Command:

c:\cacti\rrdtool.exe graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=-86400 \
--end=-300 \
--title="EVSDCSW2 - Traffic - Fa0/31" \
--rigid \
--base=1000 \
--height=120 \
--width=500 \
--alt-autoscale-max \
--lower-limit=0 \
--vertical-label="bits per second" \
--slope-mode \
--font TITLE:12: \
--font AXIS:8: \
--font LEGEND:10: \
--font UNIT:8: \
DEF:a="C\:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Cacti/rra/evsdcsw2_traffic_in_255.rrd":traffic_in:AVERAGE \
DEF:b="C\:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Cacti/rra/evsdcsw2_traffic_in_255.rrd":traffic_out:AVERAGE \
CDEF:cdefa=a,8,* \
CDEF:cdefe=b,8,* \
AREA:cdefa#00CF00FF:"Inbound" \
GPRINT:cdefa:LAST:" Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefa:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefa:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n" \
LINE1:cdefe#002A97FF:"Outbound" \
GPRINT:cdefe:LAST:"Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefe:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefe:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n"

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Cacti/rra/evsdcsw2_traffic_in_255.rrd': No such file or directory

I understand this could be file permissions. Can someone offer some info on where to look or things to try?

Thanks.
