xml parse error importing Reportit templates

Post by nerdi »

Getting this error when importing either the 'default_traffic.xml' or 'reportit-ping-availability-1m-polling.xml' from this post:

http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t ... tit+import

Any help would be appreciated.

Please upgrade to 0.8.7e, and apply the patches. The originator of this XML file, may need to do the same and re-export the XML file.

Which error message will occur?
Keep in mind that ReportIt templates can not be imported/exported via Cacti's import/export pages. Therefore you have to go to "Console"->"ReportIt Templates" and click on one of the floppy discs in the right upper corner.
