Problem with deprecated lines on cacti

Hi,

I have install cacti today on my laptop in my work, I follow a many how to for install cacti but I have the same problem, when i launch cacti I have a different lines who says deprecated ... etc.



can you help me please for resolve this.

Make sure the following things are set in php.ini:
register_argc_argv = On
safe_mode = Off

I used :

cacti-0.8.6f
EasyPHP-5.3.0-setup
rrdtool-1.2.11-cygwin-1.5.18
net-snmp-5.4.2.1-1.win32
cacti-spine-0.8.7e

and I have another problem, the php_snmp.dll doesn't work. when i have install easyphp, this dll is not include and i try to download this on site for dll but this dll not good. after i find this dll on last version of php, but I have an error message says that :

[BSOD2600]

cacti-0.8.6f?? Dude, cacti 0.8.7e is the latest right now. Plus you're using super old versions of other applications. Please follow the windows installation guide in my signature.
