Having trouble with nagios starting NDOMOD

After a lot of struggling I was able to finall get ndoutils installed and started. However, now I can't get nagios to start the module. I have searched high and low for an answer and have come up empty with only one mention of a solution that was for a patch of an older version of npc than I am using. I am hoping someone had seen this before or can give me guidence. This is from my nagios.log:
