unable to add hosts

Dear All,

I am unable to add hosts machine via Cacti. Any idea why? I am sending you the screenshot.

did you actually add any hosts to cacti itself ??

The NPC plugin is importing the devices from Cacti, but it seems like you did not add any devices to it.

is this a Cacti question or regarding th NPC plugin ?

yes, there are hosts in Cacti. attachement is attached

I suspect that the npc is not reading data from database, this is the reason the data is not showing on the Cacti. i have not reached the fix but will appreciate any one's help.
