But when I try to install new plugin Thold, Syslog there are no tab for them (Thold and Syslog), and one more thing I didn't see Plugin Manager. Somebody help me?

All plugins are running. I found the permission of my account in Cacti didn't permit to see Plugins Management, thold, syslog. Go to user Management -> click on account and check the permission for it!

Ok, so 0.53 was never released (by the way). No problem though, I'm brave too. We have been working like "mad" to get 0.6 out the door. There are some advanced concepts in this new release and it's "very" different.
However, before you go downloading and installing it and asking all sorts of support questions, you need to give us a little more time.
Also, this upgrade will work best on MySQL 5.1 as we plan to support table partitioning. It will work with earlier versions, but it will support partitioning if you have 5.1.
For people how took the Nestea Plunge, you might think about it, but you will want to hold off for a little bit longer.
