Creating Graphs from information on remote webserver:

My webserver holds a webpage with values. The url is http://1.3.3.7/myvalues.htm

the only thing it returns when opening the webpage is (no html) only pure text:

temp1:223
temp2:323
temp3:112
temp4:123
fridge1:-220
fridge2:-230
fridge3:-450
fridge4:-100

[edit]the values needs to be divided by 10 to be the real-life-values[/temp]

Is there any easy way to get this graphed by cacti?
