How to install cacti plugin architecture on 0.8.7d ?

I am using cacti 0.8.7d and i read about installing plugin architecture in this forum. But no one could not help me to install that. Is there anyone to help me install it step by step? Also i do not know is there any difference between installing plugin architecture in different cacti versions ? (like between 0.8.7a and 0.8.7d)

Upgrade to 0.8.7e, then go here: http://cactiusers.org and download the latest plugin architecture. There are instructions inside the zip file.
