Please help me: Cacti Graphs are not visible!

Hi guys,
Please help me out. I have followed all the installation instructions given on the website and the rra/ & log/ directories is having"cactiuser" permission but the graphs are not visible like following:

The graphs are visible, they are just not collecting any data.

How long did you wait until checking the graph? It will take 10 minutes for it to be properly populated.
