[solved] Error after the server restart

Operating System: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise. SP2
Webserver: Apache/2.2.4 (Win32)
Cacti: 0.8.7d
Spine:
MySQL: MySQL 5.0.45
PHP:PHP/5.2.3
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 version): Win32 Version
Net-SNMP: net-snmp-5.4.0-1
Cygwin (cygwin1.dll version): N/A
Plugin Architecture: N/A

Install Cacti with Appserv-win32-2.5.9 sucessfully,it works perfectly.After
restart the server and open the web shows:

Uninstall all components and reinstall sucessfully,restart the server the same thing appear!

You have NTFS permission problems with your PHP session location. I suggest you change it to c:\php\sessions, but up to you.
