I can tell you where you can find an answer, but probably not exactly how (if that makes sense).

You will most likely have to use CDEF's, which are basically math functions to manipulate the data you have gathered.

If you need any help implimenting CDEF's in cacti, I can help you with that. Also, I think the partial documentation I included with version 0.6.2 covers how to create CDEF's in cacti.
