Broken Images

Ok, I've got everthing installed and it's polling data, but I get broken images. BUT if I cut and paste the broken image URL to a new browser I get an image and then all of a sudden all the images seem to work. If I close all the browser windows and go back into Cacti, I get broken images again.

UPDATE
Ok, well now thats not working. If I past the image url I get this:
