Updating the Plugins Wiki

I hate to have to ask this but does anyone know how to add/update the plugin list at http://docs.cacti.net/plugins? I have an account and I see the 'Edit' link under the User Plugins table but clicking it only gives the option to edit the table layout. The list of plugins is not there so I imagine they are being read from a database or XML somewhere. I am used to wiki data being on the page you are editing hehe. Any ideas?
