Need some NPM (Network Performance Management ) Templates

Hi everybody.

I installed Cacti 0.8.7 d in my Windows XP computer and try to test it with In/Out Byte Bandwidth graph and it's succesfully.

And now i want to make my Cacti to become a Network Performance Management, that's i want to meter some parameter like:

1. Latency
2. Throughput
3. Response time
4. Utilization
5. Bandwidth
6. Loss
7. Reliability

Can someone help me to know the template name to meter some parameter upon. Thanks for your help.

I have tried several template but they do not work well ( they cant creat their graph) and some good templates look like not for Windows.

And i want to auto graph with cacti parameters. What should i do ? ( i mean i have to add something in Scheduled Tasks like add poller.php or not ).
